How to become a pro flyer?

To become a sport flyer, you need to complete a flying course. The course includes 15 minutes of flight time, an instructor and equipment. Book your flying course here.

About the tunnel

Our wind tunnel was manufactured by Aerodium and installed in 2013. It has a diameter of 4.3 metres and a total tunnel height of 17 metres. The height of the glass walls alone is a staggering 9 metres!

  • We are only about an hour's drive from Helsinki-Vantaa airport.

    We are easily accessible by car or bus - and if you prefer, you can also take advantage of our convenient pick-up service. 🚗

  • Our wind tunnel was manufactured by Aerodium and installed in 2013. It has a diameter of 4.3 metres and a total tunnel height of 17 metres. The height of the glass walls alone is a staggering 9 metres!

    The tunnel has a closed air circulation system and four motors, allowing it to reach a top speed of 290 km/h. This makes it possible to fly in all positions, even in larger groups.

    The special feature of our tunnel is the one at the top. rabbit hole a door through which you can make a "base jump" into the airflow.

  • The price of a flying lesson does not include coaching, but coaching can be purchased separately.

    We have coaching camps with both national and foreign coaches. Most of the instructors in the wind tunnel also coach alongside their work.

    Contact us and we can recommend a coach that suits your skill level. Depending on the coach, coaching rates range from 150 - 200 €/hour.

  • The Aeronautica Arena offers a variety of things to do besides flying:

    🏄 Indoor surfing puts the waves in the middle of the hall
    🧖 Saunas and hot tubs for relaxation
    🎮 Movie room, board games, billiards, ping pong and darts for a shared evening
    🏋️ Gym for bodywork
    💻 Remote working space for quiet work during flights
    🚲 Bicycles free to borrow for exploring the local area

    So here you can work out, relax and spend time together - all under one roof.

  • Pyhtää and the east coast region are especially known for their magnificent nature and interesting local attractions.

    Valkmusa National Park invites you to go hiking all year round, and in summer you should definitely hop on a motorboat and head to Kaunissaari.

    There's also plenty to see and do nearby:
    🌿 Strömfors Ruin - an idyllic natural and cultural site
    🏘️ Porvoo and Loviisa old towns - atmospheric alleys and quality restaurants
    🌊 Kotka Maretarium and Vellamo Marine Centre - for sea lovers
