Relaxation course 25.3.-8.4.

Welcome to the relaxation course, where you can deepen your well-being of body and mind through various relaxation techniques.

In this course we combine three effective and calming methods: yoga nidra, chakra breathing and tension release exercises. Through these techniques you will learn to deeply relax, release tension in the body and achieve balance in both body and mind.

The course will take place if there are at least 8 participants for the full course.

Course content:

25.3 - Tension Release Exercise: this exercise will help you to identify and release tension in the body that often accumulates as a result of stress or busyness. This exercise will help you to become aware of your body and relax deeply.

1.4 - Chakra Breathing: Breathing techniques are used to open and balance the body's energy centres, or chakras.

8.4 - Yoga Nidra: A deep relaxation exercise that takes you into a meditative state where the body is fully relaxed and the mind is clear. Yoga Nidra is an excellent way to reduce stress and promote recovery.

Energy flows open 6.-20.5.

Welcome to the Energy Flows Open course in May! In this course we will explore three techniques to help you release tension, improve your energy flow and find balance. The course will focus on opening the meridian lines, balancing the chakras and the midline exercise.
